Can a 172/182 F4R be fitted to a MK3?

I am looking to upgrade the engine in my 1.2, ideally to a 2.0l

are the old 172/182's able to be dropped in?

I could just sell up and get a RS, but what would be the fun in that

Megane 225/230 lump would make more sense to me. 280bhp can be had with relative ease.

Only thing is why put a 182 engine in? Why not just get a 197 or 200 lump?

they are more readily availiable, I was just trying to open up my options, I had thought about the Meg lump but whats the engine code?
