I signed up for the free trial yesterday and I think it's brilliant , for £6 a month and only 1 months commitment at a time it's belting. Oh and the initial month is free.

If so go back into settings and revert primary and secondary DNS to manual. Every time it updates it switches it back to automatic. If that doesn't work pm me.

Go in to settings, then wifi and click the blue circle with a arrow in next to your network name. You need to put the settings in there

No not at all! You're not using a proxy mate. You need to change the DNS settings to the ones that you are using on your xbox. Proxy bit should be blank

Yes mate! It's the DNS that tricks Netflix into thinking you're in USA, as the DNS servers you will be using are located over there!

That Hotspot Shield VPN thing you have to pay for. It's a free trial but only lasts for 5 days.

Another question....

What's the quickest way to find out whether you've accessed the US Netflix library or whether you're still just on the UK one?

My account on my phone, which i'm testing all this with, will now not load up any films on the Netflix app.

Been playing around with this Hotspot Shield. It doesn't work for me. Only when I fully delete the app can I gain access to the films library. If it does work then it's too complicated for what i'm after. Cheers anyway.

But even though I've deleted the app I can't get rid of the VPN from the top of my screen? Even when I turn it off in settings it turns it back on, WTF??

Hmm. Weird.

Sorry to answer your other question, I usually just search for the X Files. If it shows it's the US library. If it doesn't, it's the UK one. I'm sure there is a better way but I'm not aware of it.
