    Mk2 Clio V6 or VX220 Turbo

No trackdays in mind just a car with the wow factor. I like the looks of the Renault but i think the vx220 is awesome also and would be much cheaper to keep on the road. The 20k is pushing my budget and I dont want to get nasty surprises so Im thinking the vx220 is the "safe" solution.

Mk2 V6 as an everyday car

The car would be in private residents parking, so not on the street but not garaged. Its tucked away so I would feel safe leaving it there, during the day in a work car park where I can just look out the window to check on it. Im assuming that a mk2 v6 model would come with a warranty which...

Mk2 V6 as an everyday car

if I went for the V6 and based on my costings previous I would have in the region of 1600 left every month. My mortgage and house bills, food shopping etc combined is about 1000pm so that will leave me 600pm to well either spend or save. Is that cutting it a bit tight do you think??

Mk2 V6 as an everyday car

lets add something else into the mix... Finance for it would cost me in the region of 450 a month, fuel another 200, insurance 100 month (after a 1000 deposit) So thats 750 a month, more than my mortgage... 182 finance would cost me 250pm, fuel probably 150, insurance 100 with no deposit...

Mk2 V6 as an everyday car

thats exactly where im at beacytan (thanks to you too RoninV6) It really is only the looks of the V6 that is keeping my attention and the noise of course, other cars in the similar price bracket just dont do it for me (rx8, 350z, boxster, scoob, evo). I want something with "uniqueness" ;) My...

    Is my 172 gonna break

yea it will! if dust etc is allowed into the engine then it will collect in the oil. If you change the oil then youll get rid of it. so yes it will contaminate the oil...:D
