could be your alternator, make sure your getting about 13 volts out the back. i had a similar problem.

just noticed an smell of oil when just doing a short journey in my 172. the oil smells like power steering fluid, which i checked and seemed to be fine. i had the fan on in the cabin. any ideas or feed back would be great. thanks

i bought some oil from halfrauds and it said to get mobil new life 0w40, has anyone tryed it?

i need to replace my windscreen and was wondering if the 172 cup has a standard clio windscreen, or is it thinner as this is what a friend told me. any help would be great thanks
