try using a foam lance and valet pro super snow foam to loosen the dirt then try using an aggresive clay bar with a quick detailer first. if this fail try using a paint cleaner such as meguiars. wouldnt reccomend using sand paper cause youl have to respray which could end up looking nasty

Easiest solution is to tighten up the bolts that attach the glass to the sunroof frame, like every other bolt and screw they seem to have not been tightened properly. If that fails, best bet is to remove the sunroof and refit it to make sure its fitted properly, either that or renault apparently...
