Yeah, i mean that the baroscope will be used for seeing the piston and monitor the cleaning process.
I thought about WD40 but because its water based I’m not sure how it will deal with carbon deposits and burned oil, and lots of em.
If I’ll use it too, should i combine (separately) all of them...
My Clio 172 ph2 have a issue which pretty much annoy me, it can make a liter of oil disappear in the mirror in 500 km fast road trip ( i noticed it mostly happens when engine high revs with closed throttle i.e vacuum). but can go 1000 calm km and take only 100 cc of oil or less.

If i put a resistor can i just block the line that comes from the head? I have some hard starts and gentle idles, i want to solve it and using a resistor for the check engine light, is that possible by doing just what i mentioned?
I didn’t mention that i already fitted a new bolts and nut but since i torqued them and reopen them I’m trying to understand if it’s still necessary to replace them or that is ok to leave them there.

I’m in the middle of doing a timing job on a ph2 172. I am doing it my self with renault tools (pin, cam locker and horseshoe).

I just installed a set of BC Racing coilovers for my 172.
I replaced them together with new front and rear top mounts (rear are the ones that came with the BCs).
I installed the set with its original setup for height, from factory. But i get the impression the rear ride height is lower then it...

Just received coilover for 182 cup instead of 172 as i was supposed to.
Just wondering what do i need to replace in order to bolt on the coil overs?
I think I'm gonna need hubs and driveshafts.
Do i need lower wishbones also?
Anything else like brakes and steering need to be replace...
