Change 172 cup to 182 cup -suspension wise

  MK2 PH2 02`
Hey there,

Just received coilover for 182 cup instead of 172 as i was supposed to.
Just wondering what do i need to replace in order to bolt on the coil overs?

I think I'm gonna need hubs and driveshafts.
Do i need lower wishbones also?
Anything else like brakes and steering need to be replace or make changes?

If ill go on it ill probably go with used parts in good condition.

What do you suggest?

Thanks

Can't you send them back or sell them on? It would be cheaper and less hassle I would imagine.

I can... But first i want to know if i can upgrade my suspension all round. If it just hubs and drive shafts it supposed to cost something like 400£ and maybe it will worth it.

The 182 cup suspension supposed to be better then non cup suspension, isn't it?

I'm sure there is no performance difference in the d-shafts, wishbones (apart from maybe a bit of castor), hubs (except wider track >10mm). I believe the performance difference came from the suspension shocks and springs themselves, which your changing to coilovers anyway so I'd say it wouldn't be worth it personally. I could be wrong though.
