    Absolute bargain near Camerton!

It's already £301, that's not a bargain, that's an eBay bidder with colour blindness.

    ***How much is it worth?***

Just a bit of feedback. I was given an estimate of £2,500 for my Clio and it sold for exactly £2,500. Cheers!

    Fuel consumption...is this right???

I've had 40mpg on a long stretch of average speed cameras doing 50mph just after I filled up and reset. Usually though its 32mpg which is normal commute so mix of town driving and a roads.

Finally bought my dream 172 cup - then crashed it 3 days later :(

Do you live near Clayton West in Huddersfield? I've seen a very similar looking Clio parked at the side of the road near my house. Always tempted to knock on the owners door and offer to buy it!

    Dephaser noise

It was the water pump. Booked in for next Tuesday with Mick.

    rs tuner query.

It's more cost and time effective to do a broader map for an engine than individually map each car. Imagine the time and expense.

    Halfords own oil

Just buy this. Best value for money bar none. http://www.incarmotorfactors.co.uk/en/1117144-oils-and-additives-fuchs-titan-super-syn-5w40-engine-oil-5-litre-f5w405l.html

    Halfords own oil

I'm only making an assumption that if it is the comma based oil and this is on sale then yes it's a similar compound to the equivalent oils within its normal retail price, why leave similar compound in for 12 months when you can change it in 6 months for less? It's OK looking at graphs and test...

    Halfords own oil

Personally I would rather change the oil every 6 months with the Halfords stuff at that price than the Castrol equivalent in for 12 months. I can't see there been too much of a difference between them.

    Halfords own oil

I'm sure it's comma that make it. £10 for 4 litres is a bargain!

    Dephaser noise

Sorry Andy I think you've got the wrong end of the stick. In my earlier post I said this: A couple of people are saying I should of PM'd Mick but the purpose of the thread was just to see whether anyone else had experienced this problem and to see what they did. I only stated the company that...

    Dephaser noise

He only uses genuine parts so I assume so yeah but obviously I couldn't be 100% sure. He seems like a very trustworthy chap though so I have no reason to doubt him. Plus I've had it up on a ramp at work and everything else seems fine.

    Dephaser noise

Oil has been changed twice since the work was done with fuchs titan pro s 5w 40. Oil levels are spot on and regularly topped up. I'll give Mick a call after Christmas and arrange to pop down. He's a really nice chap and to be fair it has been nearly two years since the work was done so I wont be...

    Dephaser noise

Hi all, My dephaser has started making a noise. I only noticed it yesterday after turning off the radio (fed up with all the Christmas songs) and it sounds like a bag of spanners in a washing machine today. It had the cambelt, aux belt, dephaser and the waterpump all changed in Feb 2012 by...

    Clio 182 RR

I think you've got a good result too. My 182 has an ITG Maxogen induction kit, RS192 Exhaust and after a remap I think it made about 175bhp.
