Hi I have lifted my Clio for Dirt stages and now have zero rear droop. Do any of you guys run zero rear droop on stage rallies or even tar rallies. That is bumpy road surfaces.

The photo shows both of the ribbed ones. The left one is the one I took off and is marked renault. The right one is the skf part. 17mm inner hole instead of 10mm and slso wont sit out enough to be inline.
Hi Im in the middle of replacing the timing belt on a 2005 182 and the lower idler pulley I have in the kit is different. It has a larger inner bearing hole and the bearing is narrower. The idler on the head has a spigot to centre that bearing. The one I removed has a hole suited to the bolt...
Thanks for that I think I'll go down the path of moving the standard shifter rearward and just extend the linkage underneath.

Hi has anyone cut the transmission tunnel and moved the gearshift rearward and extended the gearshift rod under the car to suit? I want to put the shifter in reach when harnessed in and put a vertical hydraulic handbrake in front and next to the wheel.

I run std 172 wheels with Khumo 185/60 x 15 soft compound on a 182 in Australia.our rallies are pretty harsh lots of rock and not too smooth so tyres get pretty chipped up. I should use medium compound on fronts in some events but sucks carrying too many tyres to events
Heres how offset the rails will be to centre the seat to the wheel. The blue bars arn't welded and only roughly in position. My right leg when straight is between throttle and brake and my left sits naturally between clutch and rest. So feels comfortable but its a long way over to left foot...
Where have you guys set your race seat in relation to the steering wheel is it offset like standard or do you centre it. It feels better in terms of gearshift and wheel also right foot braking but left foot braking seems weird. I haven't welded mounts yet just looking for feedback before I go...
