yeah they're so tempting, how much better are they than your aftermarket bulbs? is there loadsa difference?

Are they worth it? thinkin on getting some but they're really expensive and push my budget to the limit. Are they worth it for a pair of lights. Whats the best equivalent? (doesnt have to legal) Aftermarket HIDs or some simple rally headlight bulbs from my local car accesories store?

Sorry it's a 1.2 16v Dynamique 52plate. Renault have told me it's the throttle bodies that are knackered. Which means a cost of £522!!!!! ripping off tw@s! i bet it just needs cleaning and not replacing at all

Got up Saturday Morning, started car and it just ticks over at 2000rpm!!! i press the throttle ... nothing happens. Phoned AA (as i werent at home), they took me to garage, but they reckon it's in 'safe mode' and couldnt do anything for me. The car also misfires occasionally whilst...

All sorted now, just replaced the Coil Pack and it runs fine again now...cheers guys, £63 for the coil pack n all is fixed :D

alright cheers, its only started extremly bad today, so just gotta drive it home, then my mechanics coming round to have a look, then hopefully it will just be the coil pack and i'll go buy one in the morning

it sounds good to start with but after a while it gets well annoying, gunna phone my mechanic up today see if he can sort it, unfortunately he's not a Renault mechanic though

No mate, none wat so ever. Just driven it home from work and it misfires through out the range now, it's like driving a friggin' tractor! Out of curiosity how much did all that cost? coil pack, air flow sens + wiring loom

I've got exactly the same problem on my 1.2 16v, at about 1200 - 1400revs the misfire is terrible!!! and on tick over it's really lumpy, bounces on the revs loads n nearly stalls sometimes... Is this the coil pack or something else....please clarify as i don't fancy paying the Renault Idiots...

ive had the abs kick in a few times at no speed at all slowing down, it just seems to take a small bump on the braking point and u just slide on the well greasy roads.
