I believe it means the suspension is set up like this I.e. On coilovers rather than just empty bags.

Why not have an open theme... Just the best photo you can take of what ever you want?

Is there any reason for the pickup conversion? is it just for the look and being a bit different or is it to reduce weight over the back wheels for less traction?
