Ok so i over done it on the 0 :D still sounds like it though..

Mines is doing this too after I just bump started it, cos my starter motor went.. my throttle body is caked when i checked to see if it was jammed, so think I will clean this first....then hope when fitting new starter it will just goes away :D

yip, this is the result of your timing crank cog being 180 degree out... Amazingly, after double checking and setting correctly the car started on first turn.. no bent valves ... jammy or wot :eek: Thanks for your feedback
