Had this problem for more than a year, but not a major issue so not really bothered throwing money at it.
Hopefully if the video works it should show it all. Trip computer shows miles, then I switch it off, then start it again. You can see the needles come back below zero, vibrate for a bit...
Got one a few weeks ago, not blown away but pretty impressed. Camera and video are awesome
however.... I wasn't expecting iphone levels of apps to be available, but some would be nice!

They are solid mate. Used quite a fast setting 2 part araldite, so I could shift them around and position a bit for the first 10 mins, but then should be strong.
I've not driven it yet but checked this morning and fit is still as in the pic and they do seem really solid. I did use quite a lot...

but if its a breather then why does it have a plastic cover that closes it off? and as I said in the OP, it would make much more sense to fill at this point until oil came out the other.

Changed the gearbox oil today, followed some instructions i'd found on here. But when i took the airbox off i noticed a little pipe with a plastic filler and cover on the top of the gearbox. The guide said to fill through the butterfly plug half way down until oil starts to drain out of it...
I did this last night and the driving position is much improved!
I do have a couple of concerns though.
I think the plastic parts are there to centralise the stud as it goes through the hole in the floor. So there is a risk that if the seats not central, then the nut on the bottom may not...
