Need new back brakes on the valver, had some pretty good deals on discs and pads, but all seem very steep for the calipers...just wondered if anyone know's where's best to get em from?!
mk1 ph2 Valver, I think my alt bearing's on the way out. But, how easy is it to diagnose it really is that and 2. How easy is it to sort?
It makes a really loud whistle/ squeak and I've had my head in the engine, and its coming from the drivers side, it seems to speed up a little when I put...
Just take it back and ask to look at all the gauges...Certainly shouldn't make it worse, unless you have a problem with the steering rack. Did it pull or anything before you had it looked at?
Thing is, if it's been lowered, the tracking will never be spot on.
He?! I'm a she!! lol...I have the facility of a 2 or 4 poster lift, so not a problem there. Just never attempted it before...need it doing and pretty sharp ish. Don't mind travelling as long as I can get someone to come with me!
They're one of those things that shouldn't go more than a few times in the life tme of the car. Whats the problem with them? The garage that fitted them did do the tracking aftre fitting?
