I bought a near side one from Adam at renault Wolverhampton for around the £120 mark all in (may have been less) for my 182 FF

Could be the pre cat lambda sensor as i think it uses that until the temp of the engine is normal it then uses the post cat sensor

Have you any pictures of what you mean?

Have you checked wishbone inner bushes and tie rods?
