Hi Hxrry... Looking good. This is my car now (since 2021) i dont think its ever been this clean whilst ive owned it. I was just scouting round for some pics and came across this postCould think of some other things I'd rather be doing on a Sunday but instead I found myself in a freezing cold unit correcting a golf!!

Strap in......Any recommendations for getting scratches out of a glossy dash? They're not that deep I don't think, but there's a fair few of them...
Picked up a Ava P60 from b and q on clearance was up for £279 down from £325, but only had the display model left and got it for £200. Only down side it was missing the snow foam lance but won't really use that

Yeah APC and magic sponge should do it.
Dumb Q inbound.
APC is all purpose cleaner? Is there any particular brands to go for?
Really? They're unbelievably resistant. Almost seems like a polish / wax residue but it came off the paint really easily and just isn't budging in the slightest from the plastic.Water-spotting stains.
Could try a strong-ish APC mix and a brush or a dedicated waterspot remover if that doesn't shift it.

My vote is either water spots or, as youve stated, someones spaffed polish over it.Really? They're unbelievably resistant. Almost seems like a polish / wax residue but it came off the paint really easily and just isn't budging in the slightest from the plastic.
In need of a new pressure washer. Max budget £200. Any suggestions? Thinking a Nilfisk Core 140?
What’s the go to QD these days? I’m about out of Bouncers Done & Dusted after about 5 years!
I still really rate BSD.
Autoglym Rapid Detailer is also very good.
I'm currently using EZ Gloss Boss in work and it's ace.
