There's no import duties etc to the UK on anything under £135 / 155 euros, from the EU, but what he saves in the cost of it, might be taken up by the cost of the shipping, but that should only be about 15 euros.Yeah they aren’t cheap.
I did find one here for €50 but then import duties may bulk the price up.
