Join other French car enthusiasts for Simply French at Beaulieu National Motor Museum in the New Forest.

Anyone fancy going to this? I’m going in the Trophy and happy to organise a stand if there is enough interest.
I normally have a Club stand with the Z each year at Simply Japanese, it’s very well organised and also a very cheap way to access the Museum if you haven’t been before.

A gentle reminder if anyone else down south is interested.
If we don’t get the required numbers for a dedicated club stand we can arrange to meet up before the show, convoy in and park up together.

I was hoping to attend that as well as it’s 10 minutes from my house. But obviously clashes with Cliosport festival!

Is there another get together at any point? I seem to recall a RS meet at a roadside cafe toward Newbury a couple of years ago. Two trophies turned up, one had a RS 1*2 rear bench and I’m sure the other didn’t have recaros.

You don't have to be part of a club if you have a Participant ticket they just park you within the display areas if your a member of car club (their respective FB forum they will have plans for club stands if they organising to attend)

Were you in the singular trophy which turned up, if so, we spoke briefly. I said hello when that car first arrived.

I was in the Nimbus RS200 with CL10 plate. Next to the LY 200, by the railing.

Whisky not that busy, I really enjoyed it and spoke with a few people. The R5 GTT and 106 Ralle owners were top blokes.

Spoke with the bloke next to it, in the blue valver. Dry stored and restored over time. Exterior was very good.

When I first saw the yellow one, I thought it was the old nana doing the rounds?

Briefly spoke to the lady she was with, who was kind enough to let me poke my nose in it. It was the only v6 there. They have a real presence

Nice to meet you! Where abouts are you from? I did have a proper poke around yours when I was eating lunch. It’s such a great colour.

My old Renault sports, with days like today making me wish I still had the Williams and the Trophy in particular.
