To be honest I made it just to have a never look to keep up with the new generation hatches but it doesnt worth to spent that much money and time on it if you are more interested in the functionality.
I give 9 over 10 for the look but I give 6 maybe 7 for the functionality.
The cool part is...
Hi folks,
I am sharing some tips for those who are interested to do their own hand made projectors or angel eyes.
When you turn your headlight to clear head light remember that the original glass is braking the light and reflects a large radious of light for your vision on the road. But if...
I built this car so I can give you info that you need. this isnt 350hp car by the way we dont know the max. 245 was proven thats it , because we need clutch. the slipage occurs at 4th gear mostly because until the end of 3rd the 3 gears are useless so the car just burns tires. The cool thing...
the pressure is the most important thing. the weird think we feel that the clutch is slipping, but we dont smell any burn or we dont see any smoke neither.. if there are better clutch for megan, than we can probably consider to put a megane flywheel .
But wairt, I just remembered that an RSI...
So your question, brings me an answer that, you get larger calipers and use 2 types of disks by also changing the pads if it is available. which can let you fit 15 inch as well and you get the good grip on 325 mm.
The idea is to be able using slick tires on a drag races 15" and 17" on regular track or street uses. but if you have 17" aplicable rake system such as 325mm, you cant fit 15" rims right?
Let say that we bought a caliper(brembo ,wilwood, or something), adn it is suitable for 285mm rotors.
If we find that it is not enough for our aplication and we want to go for 325mm size rotors. Dou you think we can upgrade it, by just changing the rotors and caliper brackets?
im running stock right now but I fitted Haltech E8 I posted this info on the 1 st page,
but after the fitment of flywheel I still will need a uprated clutch :)
I have the 245 bhp I will upload the video to youtube when I transfer to my computer some day but not the new one. I cant go on dyno or on the road for accurate tuning because of clutch.
lower it, tint it, paint the headlights in black ( the inside of ot) not the outside:) put a blazk sticker between the 2 glasses from the side so when you tint it it looks like one piece. (DO NOT PAINT YOUR CALIPERS TO RED) MAY BE gold would look cute, get drilled rotors. this are affordable...
reputation, track, drag and exposition.. I owned since 99 changed 3 times color and style. we are two professionally installed f3 series engine in Turkey the otherone is sick but he has the same clutch problem.
Yes definately, I will wait to hear from you I want only paddle clutch anyway. Since there is only 2 williams in TURKEY i never had a chance to know that it was a different gearbox. Not only the clutch but alsi the tension of clutch cover is important. I am actually looking for a setup near...
we installed Haltech E8 than removed now it is greddy ultimate piggybacked stock ecu. (only fuel cotrolled) not the ignition. yes my mail is mancolog@hotmail.com . the clutch is damn big issue unfortunetly.
its turbocharged with garrett GT3076R and fully rebuilt with forget internals. we can not go higher than 1 bar beause the clutch cover slips. with the previous t25 it didnt have that problem until 245 hp at 1 bar
Hi folks,
This is an rsi seeking for high power rated clutch that can support more than (350 hp +) Does any body have any suggestion?
I found techniclutch and OMP which the seller says it is 300hp rated that I think its BS. but I need more range than that anyway. if you have suggestions...
