47 with a 182.
At the weekend me and the missus drove down to Cornwall, we have done this journey in the past in various different motors and it has been a real drag. In the 182 it was a breeze. Had a great time on some of the roads while we were down there as well.
Would love a V6 but not...
I saw one on Italian TV, which showed it dodging a bullet. Driver lets the bullet catch him then lets it pass through the open windows and out the other side.
I got to try a cup, the dealer drove the first part of the trip and gave it a blast which was impressive, he then let Me have a go. I drove it like I stole it, which was made easy as i knew the road. I was going to buy it anyway but the look on his face was priceless.:rasp:
I asked the same question after seeing these pics posted by rory182, his reply is below.

This will add to your amusement. Back in the 70's I had a mark 2 Cortina GT and fitted 2 red lights underneath (same idea as neons only these were yamaha bike indicators with the lenses sprayed red). I was driving down the M6 early one morning when I got pulled by the old bill. He jumps out with...
I thought it might grow on me but it's not happening. Especially when you see what Peugeot have up their sleeve.
This is what Reno could have given us.

Just returned from a weekend in Edinburgh and spotted a few Clio renaultsports. Blue 182 parked in Johnston terrace on Friday, Black 182 in Lieth on Sunday, Blue (Cup i think) in Queensferry street yesterday morning. A few more around the city centre at various times. :D
Ive noticed a smoother tick over and acceleration since switching to the higher rating stuff. Use whichever garage I am closest to when I'm near empty, but stick to the higher RON stuff.
I have not had to take my 182 to a dealership yet so can not make a comment. Ive discussed these issues with owners of other makes and they have some horror stores to tell as well. The only difference is the BMW and Merc dealers give the same crap service with a smile and at greater cost. I...
Also, I'm geting loads of stick from my workmates who all drive image conscious Audi's & BMW's or 'sensible family cars' they are saying I'm too old for one of these Clio's and that I'm having a mid-life crisis...(the B***ards) - my response to them is that I have always wanted a car that is...
Had my 182 since July and have done 5k miles, everyone of them with a smile on my face, and it has got better as the engine and gear box loosen up.

I have not seen many of them about in my neck of the woods.
