for a years fully comp cover. very low excesses. i was 19. 2 yrs ncb. but an sp30 speeding conviction. got quoted £1300 TPFT. but thats not insurance really, it just means your legal if you get pulled over!

I turned 20 on the 15th Dec. got my 172 cup in november. insurance was £2050 fully comp in my own name with 3 points. and only a £250 excess.
i did a bit of hunting around for it but still not sure - anyone of a similar age got it cheaper? or more?

my mate has built a racing mini from scratch (with 1.8 Integra type R engine) and got a monaro too. he has got the skills i think. but i dont know if he is aware that it is actually really hard! im not going to be popular.
