I'd recommend spray mount because its not liquid based it would be hard to over use it (From experience, things like PVA has a habit of seeping through the fabric and making it sticky/stiff)

I think I can comment having looked at it, thats why I suggested whoeer is thinking about getting one should look at reviews on youtube and go into the shop and try one. Doing this will be A LOT more helpful than asking on a forum where peoples opinions where they are clouded by fanboys and what not

You might find Google Chrome easier to get use to. I would recommend having a look at that first. But if you go back to IE try clearing your browsing history (Websites, cache etc)
Thats your problem. NEVER trust AGV, or McAfee. They are terrible anti viruses. Download Avast (The free home edition) and run that
