Ive got to disagree there. my mate had a 1.1 popular plus fiesta. That used to kick out huge flames with just a spark plug. No idea how he did it though. But trust me they were the bigggest flames i have ever seen come from a car....never mind a 1.1
That buncefield disaster didnt have an effect on the cost of petrol at the pumps...for one reason, the main stores of fuel that are at this depot are (or should i say were) gas oil (for industrial and agricultural use) and aviation fuel. There are very little stores of unleaded and diesel there...
This is defiantely my best car....ive only had one other lol
and that was a r reg fiesta zetec, was a good motor, and i had no problems with it. but the clio is, more modern, smoother to drive, comfortable, more equipped lol.
so my best is the clio
I say the same as this guy, i put projector healights on my old mk4 fiesta, and they gave that blue/purple flash that you talk about. and they had a warning on them not to use HID bulbs!
You can compress a liquid as there are tiny gaps between the atoms.......its solids (where the atoms are more compact) that you cant compress!
However you can slightly compress a soild but as its only a small amount we tend to say you cant!
so im afraid the statement about not being able to...
Does anyone know if this place is open on saturday mornings?? i went up last satuday at about 2.30 but it was closed, and i can only get there at weekends due to work!
No way...i cant believe so many people rag their 1.2's lol
Whenever i see them they are always rolling along at a slow cruzing speed!
well i change gear at 3500rpm lol. Im thinking about the MPG!! Make that petrol last longer, the government already rob us by sticking larger amounts of tax...
Personally some look nice, some look funny as hell.
Its just a phase, you will grow out of it, then look back and think....why the hell did i spend £1,000's sticking bumpers, and other pointless parts on my car when i could have spent that money on a much nicer standard car which...
Oh....dear....!!!
Do you think the owner actually realises he/she is driving a car that looks ugly and ridiculous? :S
I'll bet the owner thinks that car looks the dogs nuts lol!
I go to them quite often over this way, the guys (and girls) that go to them are quite useful if you ever need advice or a hand with your car! and also they have good discounts from companies on their websites!
lol...that was a bit predictable about the maccy's haha
Hmmm...ok, looks like i better try harder then lol! Ill fill it up again tomorrow and see what happens over the next week! if u can get nearly 50 in your 172, then i am shocked that im getting only 49.8 in a 1.2! :S 60mpg + here i come lol
That is shocking lol.....you should be proud!
Lol...is it just me, or does every "cruise" use matalan as their meeting point? they do here to, and i bet there is a mcdonalds or a KFC just across the road isnt there lol:rolleyes:
After reading on here that you could get 50+ mpg by keeping the revs below 3000 i had to give it a try, so filled up yesterday so far ive done 319 miles and im getting a reading of 49.8mpg on the screen. but its doing my head it, 3000 rpm means about 60mph on the motorway lol:dead:
oh well...
I have always used Turtle wax....and I seen to manage to get my car just as shiny as my mates who use Meguiars.
Also, as i wash, polish and wax mine every week and am a cheap skate i cant afford as much meguiars as i can turtle wax lol
and turtle wax always seems to be Buy On Get One...
Nice and clean!! (and shiny!) just wait until you take that down the motorway...and watch all those flies target your car!! well im sure they target clean cars...well they target mine anyway. oh and watch out for those birds! I bet within a day, those cars will have bird droppings on them...
Mine pulled to the right before, turned out that the left (passenger side) caliper had seized. So I had nice worn brake pads on the driver side, and half used on the passenger side lol.
Im sure it was a clio.....could have been a megane sport...this could be embarrasing if its wrong :banghead:
reg was DX54 cant remember the rest
(an excuse just incase im wrong: it was early and i wasnt paying attention lol  )
