That's not good at all. They must have been going at some speed to hit the wall that high up. Lets just hope everyone pulls through no matter who they are.

Don't want to sound mean, but:

"the 21 year-old lost control"
"The crash happened...in the early hours of Friday morning"

It may be a genuine unfortunate accident, but I'm guessing excessive speed and/or alcohol were involved...

WOW....make sure you wear your seatbelts people! :S

I don't see why people don't wear seatbelts. Always confuses me that one.

Pro's - Can save your life in a crash, prevent you going through windscreen etc.
Prevents a fine from the pigs.

Con's...? Might bruise you when it saves you from going through the windscreen and onto the road/into a wall...?

I never even give it a second though, always put it on as an automatic thing, just can't see a benefit in not wearing it. I feel more comfortable with it on.

thats harsh dude nobody deserves that we all have done silly things when young but most get away with it :dapprove: :dapprove:

I have mixed feelings on this, but any caring human being cant wish anything other than good luck to everyone involved in their recovery?

The cause of the accident is obvious and hopefully the driver will learn their lesson. I dont think I'd be so mellow about it if it were my house though.

Omg that's awful! I agree that when young people can do daft things, this is a particularly nasty way to learn a lesson though. I really do hope they will all be alright.

Talking about seat belts; I will NEVER go anywhere without mine and refuse to budge my car even an inch until all passengers are belted up too.
My Hubby and I saw 3 young lads in a Clio yesterday, none of them wearing their belts. It made me shudder to think what could happen to them if they got involved in an accident.
BELTS ARE A MUST!!

I live all of 10 minutes from where it happend and I know that corner liek the back of my hand, to have lost control on it she must have been going ridiculous speeds, by that I mean 80mph+ As far as I'm aware they all came out of it ok, just hope the they've learnt there lesson!
