Mine happens over the rev range but is at its worst at 4k... Does the centre section include the cat? Would buying a ktec cat back system sort the problem?

Car is out of warrenty, renault want to charge £680 to change it and stop the 4k rattle, Is there a cheaper way of eliminating the rattle?? the 172 is my day to day car so i dont want to make it undrivable with straight through exhausts etc (although depends how loud they are) cheers

Just got my 02 172, fantastic car but there is a fan type noise coming from the central interior light panel on the roof? it has holes but is standard and when held quietens down. (it not a rattle) Any ideas before I rip it apart this weekend? Cheers

I just bought a mk 2 172, 02, silver, FRSH, 40k on the clock for 5750 Ok the ks are slightly high and the wheels are curbed to sh*t but its mint and has just had the big service and an early mot.. A lot of car for not a lot of money.

Pick up my 02 172 next week but am buying some goodies before it arrives!! It has the standard wheels on it and im changing over to the Turini in anthracite... How much will i get for the old alloys, all four are curbed??? Also, whats the going price for a set of Speedlines?? Any deals...
