You might find a better graphics card helps with the motion sickness thing, an older card may have to skip frames to keep up with the action so it looks jerky-this is what triggers it afaik.

There are systems that use power after the engine is off and the spark you see is those items trying to reconect themselves (basically !). Its totaly normal, if the spark is big and you are getting a flat battery then the boot light might be stuck on etc

Won't the diameter of the wheel (even with low profile tyres) be slightly different than with standard 15" alloys and therefor throw the readings out? Just a thought.

sounds heavy to me, have a look round the engine for any leaks, if your motor is high milage then it may be just burning the oil off through worn rings and or valve stem oil seals. I wonder if an emission test would help-anyone know if it would?
