I know it differs and depends entirely on the driver but in track driving, how many track days could i get out of a set? That is assuming i can get more than one track days worth lol. These http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2199
I would like to think i could get a few days driving...
I currently have standard turinis. I dont have coilies yet but am looking into H&Rs. My 172 is for track only.
What is the main reason for height adjustment on coilovers then? simply looks? Priority for me is handling and im looking for the best track setup.
I understand that lower is not always better but what is best for track on H&R coilies???? :clown:
If i wanted a stiffer ride would i just go lower?
Opinions please :rasp:
Forgot to mention that ill obviously need a remap. Chipwizards isnt too far from mine. How much should i expect to pay for a remap for the cams?
Cheers for the link. Look expensive but who can argue 200bhp. Looks like these will work with or without bodies then.
:)

Has anyone noticed any gains from them (power gains, not noise gains lol) :rasp:
When you say...
do you just mean the pads/discs or the calipers aswell?
Wont bother with that. Me and my dad will both go out in the car and take turns in driving and he can give me tips and advise when im at the helm haha.
hmmm i see. i wouldnt be too knowledgeble about setting them up but im sure my dad will know a thing or two. As the coilies have adjustable height, are camber bolts necessary to adjust camber depending on ride height?? http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1100

Cheers great help mate. So are the standard calipers etc pretty good then, just new pads and discs needed? And are drilled or cross drilled discs better?
Are these any good? http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=2390
Also what about suspension? Necessary? Surely a stiffer ride would...

I would ideally like a new backbox aswell which can actually be seen unlike the standard one because i hate the look of the car where the exhaust is hidden away.
So what backbox would be good to match that...
Surely an aftermarket exhaust system would be crucial in getting the most power out of the engine? :S It was on my old VTS anyway. Is the standard cup exhaust good?
