Not lower will not make it stiffer. Youll just have no suspension travel. When u run out of suspension travel you will just get understeer. Also what size wheels are u using? 16's and quite low will rub like hell on track!!!

I currently have standard turinis. I dont have coilies yet but am looking into H&Rs. My 172 is for track only.

What is the main reason for height adjustment on coilovers then? simply looks? Priority for me is handling and im looking for the best track setup.

For track use set them up so that the tyres sit 'just' inside the arches. About 1.5 deg neg camber. Sorted.

mate if its track only arent there better options for you thqan H&R

i always thought they were a road coilover that could do some track but would would be better off with a KW variant 3 for the track so you can set it up properly?

Possibly. I was just recommended H&R by a few guys on here.

I agree. H&R's are brilliant for road and a tiny bit of track but you can get far far better for track use for not an awful lot more money
I have the AST kit and with the adjustable damping etc it is far better package especially if u are using it on track. You can also choose spring weights when u order them to your own specification :)
