i see. na the 3 series is old d reg. lolz however i just tried it and yes its a perfect fit and yes it lifts up the clio. one thing thou i cant unlock the nuts...dey are stuck solid as a rock. got ne advice?? :dead:

hi there...i want to be sure on this if i can or cannot use a bmw 3 series jack to lift clio mk1 to change the wheels?? the reason im asking this is because the clio mk1 jacks are soo rubbish and difficult as compared to the bmw 3 series jack.:dapprove:

alright ppl. ive had my kk&n 57i induction kit in the clio for like 4months now and i think it needs cleaning cos im not getting its full potential compared to before. however i dont know how to clean it so can anyone be generous enough and share some info? thanks. :approve:

right mate im a beginer with cars. i can just about change the spark plugs. lolz. what does the catalyst do ?

ye i have been having misfires for quite abit...a month or so. i will see if there are sparks showing in the night. however last night i tried turning the engine on but it wont igniting so i opened the bonnet fiddled about with the ht leads and it worked. then today this morning i turned it on...

right, i got a mk1, 1996 clio. my clio was jerking badly so i changed all 4 of my ngk spark plugs. the clio does not jerk but FUCCK ME ITS GOING SLOOOOOWWW AS COMPARED TO BEFORE...HELP???? IVE ALSO GOT k&n INDUCTION KIT IN THERE WHICH I THINK IT SHOULDNT REALLY MATTER. BUT WHY IS IT GOING...

well i got induction kit for 40 , rims for 250. exhaust 80 probs altogether £500 including bumper kit.

ooo i seee. lolz good call ruffneck. ive got k&n induction kit in my clio...needs the exhaust and rims(i got 16s tsw-apex which need to be fitted on ) and rest jus body work...jus need front bumper and side skirts.

lolz dave you should rather get your moneys worth out of them.

hi there people, how much do kwick fit charge to fit back boxes on mk1 clio 1.2?? and how long does it take???

the loose connection was in the engine bay. all i did was take out the spark plug leads from the engine and blew it abit just to clean the inside of the leads and then forced the leads back in the engine so it was tight and now its doing great.

LOLZZ it was just a loose connection in the front. thanks thou for ur help i will bare that in mind when this sort of thing has again.

BRUN: it jerks when its cold...for eg in the mornings when i take off it jerks as soon as i put the foot down. but when its been driven for 20minz or so it gets less jerky but still when its hot and its been driven for abit it still jerks slightly but in the cold its worse. not sure when the...

ahh right thanks i will check that. however it kept jerking but after 2weeks or so the clicking noise also occured, so now everytime it jerks i also hear clicks from the back....??

kool. lolz i think it would be difficult to stick in 6.5" components in the front doors. dont you think? and what car do you have?

lolzzz sickk one. i aint feeling splx amps you dont have enough control over the speakers with them like the hpf and lpf gains as compared to toxic amps. but hey as loong as it sounds good go 4 it u get me. where abouts have you mounted the 13cm speakers in the front?

but still i need to improve it. im will get some infinity components and stick them in the front and then i will be happy for sure but at the mo the subs and the 6by9s are making my days. lolz. but im hearing rattles in the boot which i dont know what that is but i will check it out.

hi all. right i have a mk1 1996 phase1 clio. my clio keeps jerking when i give it some gas i think its misfiring and i may need new spark plugs however it also makes a weird clicking sound coming from the back when its jerks. so what could be the problem here and what will i need to do to fix...
