They do - otherwise they wouldnt be there lol
Is your car a road car?
If yes its not massively beneficial running uprated pads unless you want to change the bite. If thats the case then just a mild front pad improvement should do the trick. For track and racing its more about brake bias and...
Cant say I can tell the difference by the seat of my pants with Shell V-Power and Tesco Momentum. Tesco is so much cheaper though.
Tried some asda 95 as it was an emergency fill up. Probably 5mpg worse.
Thats on a turboed engine.
Shell V-power diesel seemed to improve fuel consumption but not...
Its normal. They are not gas filled so there is no pressure to push the piston out.
You will notice that when you buy them they do not have a retaining wire to hold the shaft in position.
If anyone needs a set we have loads in stock :D...
The problem you have that many don't is your car is stripped and the rear lighter than standard. With a fixed suspension setup, removing weight raises the car. As most of the weight you've removed is from the centre and rear then this is where the greatest effect is. Outside of competition it...
Who cares.
Old cars have nothing to prove, but will give the best driver feedback and reward you the most. Sell yourself to your mates as being the slowest car there. If you are faster than others you can rib them down the pub but trackdays are about fun - not fast.
The pads are sintered metal so quite possibly stuck to the disc when in storage. I cant see any evidence in that image they rusted internally but a years worth of use is pretty good considering the caliper.
If you want to discuss CL and other options I can help. I deal with a lot of Renault...
Prices are going north as the pounds trend at the moment is to plumet to oblivion. Renault have a habit of increasing prices twice a year too.
We have Renault OE at the old prices as we hold a crap load in stock...
Always happy to help :D
The benefit of the ARB is it will help increase the rear roll stiffness. I wouldnt go for the 21mm one unless the car was on slicks.
I would factor in a PMS rear ARB - 19mm should suffice

Also look at CL RC5 rear pads. You will want as aggressive as a possible for a race car so you...
The pads will have to bed in to the shape of the new discs so it really depends on how worn the old discs were but kyle is right on the best method to use.
Mintex M1144 I'd say. The calipers and pads on the Clio are small enough to heat up nice and fast.
The pads are cheap as well. I sell them (link below)

Sounds a good setup to me. The Bilstein are firm but thats significantly countered with how good and how they react better to small bumps compared to the original twin tube.
B14 are 25% off at the minute - for the next two weeks. Click below for a link...
Depends. I went for the 8 megapixel camera because I need to identify who walks around my work out of hours. The quality is really good.
Dome cameras are a little less bulky though so can be a neater solution. I had those before and they worked well though bugs get inside so they need some...
The Clio 3 has a large bearing so generally last a few years. Two years is probably a reasonably good life if the car is regularly driven, driven hard and/or found a good few poor condition roads.
Worst things about the Clio as standard is the natural understeer, the gearchange and the unexciting VVT
I personally like an engine to come on cam and then excite. All easily addressed.
LSD, some cup shocks and lowering springs (Grams of course) PMS 19mm ARB and a Pure Motorsport Gearlinkage...
adjuster knob I think is held in place with a small grub screw.
I would be stripping the top mount down, checking the bearing for wear and play. They wear out eventually - especially so as bearings prefer a verticle orientation for longevity(but I'm yet to see that design make its way to any...
Ive managed to set up mine relatively easily with the Hikvision app. Not sure how to get it to do the alerts though.
Not getting a peek from my phone yet when an alert is triggered.
