    The Cars Spotted Appreciation Thread

Wow that does look horrific in those photos! Agreed it's so much better in then flesh though, especially when they've been lowered a little. I saw this one at the nurburgring earlier this year and it looked absolutely epic. Massive fan.

Show me your ‘Clubsport’ spec 1*2’s

They're properly lovely seats. Perfect for long drives and supportive enough for track use too. What look are you going for?

Show me your ‘Clubsport’ spec 1*2’s

No cage (yet), but here's mine with Yellow Dot Recaro's on custom frames.

    All Titanium & Icebergs!

This weather has got me missing summer days at the Nurburgring 😞

    Inferno 182 Trackday toy

Yeah I had 15s on mine for a while. Perfect track wheels imo. Paid £700 for mine with PS3s so a bit of a bargain! Regret selling them as I’m sure they rode better than my 16” Turinis too.

    Inferno 182 Trackday toy

Nice mate. Some money spent on this!! Ultraleggera's are a great choice too, look epic on these.

The rear spoiler on that is awful, looks so out of place and probably does nothing which actually affects the aero. Love the one on the scooby though

    New Clio 182 Track Project

Looking forward to seeing how this comes along!

Yeah new Aston's have absolutely nothing on older models, circa 2010-13 DBS or V12 Vantage for example

    RB 182 Cup

Oh dear. They look properly tacky imo

    RB 182 Cup

Did the trendlines come from factory like that on some models or have they been retrimmed? Look gash either way.

    Recaro Seat info - updated

Jon Foz still makes them, find him on Facebook. Failing that, I can supply you with a set of my own CAD drawings if you know someone who can fabricate

    Titanium MrBlonde

Love these in silver (of course) but I do think breaking up the colour a bit really suits them. Different bullets is small touch but makes a massive difference imo.

    James' 182

Decided to switch back to the Turinis for a while. The 15" Ultraleggeras are up for sale if anyone is interested. That said, it drives so much nicer on the lighter 15's, so if they don't sell I won't be overly fussed as they'll be going straight back on and I'll offload the Turinis instead...

    James' 182

Another successful Nurburgring trip last weekend! Absolutely scorching weather and the track was heaving at times but still had a cracking time, the Clio held it's own once again. 💪 Can't believe how lucky I've been with this car, bought it blind for £2300 just under 3 years ago and...

Play in gear shift - options in 2023?

Guide on Youtube for deadening pretty much all of the PMS rattle. Essentially involves wrapping the whole thing in lead flashing but seems to work :ROFLMAO: I've got a BMS shifter which I think is absolutely mega, but i've read here before that the PMS is a cut above. One thing that...

This might be true haha.. think it lives there though as I've seen it in a few videos knocking about. Hopefully most people there get the reference :ROFLMAO:

Thanks but I was more referring to taking it all off again to rectify any mistakes and refitting it alone, by essentially jumping on a breaker bar whilst trying to slot the bolts through the hub at the same time - that turned out to be a lot more effort than I anticipated but got there in the...

    James' 182

Finally got around to replacing the shocks which has been fucked since May. Considered BC Coilovers for a while but ended up replacing them with new Cup Shocks. Swapping them over turned out to be a lot more effort than I anticipated but got there in the end.. Also gave the callipers another...

My second car - Pulsar GTI R

Was talking about these just a couple of days ago. Mad that Nissan have kept out of hot-hatch market in the last couple of decades or so. These are soo good!

172 Cup. Investment? Where are prices going?

Sold my Cup for about £2400 5 years ago. It was stunning but needed belts doing and was on 97k miles I think. That being said I would be asking at least £4k for that today for sure. will it be worth £8-£10k in another 5 years?

    James' 182

Owned this for almost 3 years now and I've never given it a proper detail. Nothing over the top, just a little tidying up here and there. Seatbelts cleaned, can't believe how stained they actually were! Turned out to be quite the effort... Doubt they've ever been done. Boot shut and...

Restoring Little Bluey - my 182 FF ClioSport in Racing Blue

Great read up mate. Looking forward to seeing how it sits on the TDs, never been keen on the oem 182 alloys, horrible things.

    ***How much is it worth?***

That is absolutely stunning. Someone will be getting a bargain.

    Bowen's RB182

That looks absolutely epic, Sits perfectly! Bet you’re chuffed. Dread to think how much the bodyshop bill came to though!
