You're very welcome mate. I remember the excitement of being 12 and getting an awesome PC you can watch por... I mean play the latest games in all their glory.
Let me know how you get on with plans.
I've got a freshly built box with a new gripper diff in it. Need to dig it out of storage but you're welcome to use it for the day.
Could meet you somewhere on the way up. @RustyMojo will be heading up one way or another so we could all tie in somewhere.
If no-one has already said they'll take it, I believe that's what I use in the M3 and have a service due next month. I'll check later on and let you know Andy.
Tried a couple of games with ray tracing. Didn't notice it so I don't bother with it.
DLSS I found even on the highest quality settings made the image quality worse. FSR3.0 was better but still not as good as native. So again I don't bother.
I sold my 4090 a short time ago and bought a 7900 XTX. Similar performance, money in my pocket.
Last I heard is that AMD won't have anything to challenge the 5080/5090. So maybe waiting to see how high they can put the prices on them.
Remove rear door cards and check the condition of the arches/sills for rust. That's the reason I scrapped mine.
If all is ok then basically what Dan has listed above.
Equivalent or better performance to the 3080 and you get a warranty

Never had DS2500 squealing, used them on a few cars with single piston, 4 piston and 6 piston callipers. With and without shims.
Have the callipers been machined correctly so that they sit in the correct position on the discs?
The bearings and any seals and circlips or retaining rings will all be of the shelf items that you can get much cheaper from a bearing/seal specialist rather than the top mount manufacturer.
