As for it effecting those with them already fitted who compete in MSA events, techincally yes it should/will. In reality it will depend on the scrutineer at each event

20mm spacer on the inside mounting points is all you need to level the seat subframe up. I have 20mm spacers (like the ones you used for the steering column) with my john foz subframes an they sit perfectly level

Too many people read into the bad reviews. I have had J+R shafts on my track car for well over a year now with no issues at all. Also had them on numerous other cars with zero issues knee thousands of miles of motoring
