I need a monitor as spreadsheet and invoicing work my the 13"MBP is getting a little tiresome. I am set on paying the completely reasonable fee for the 27" TBD but someone mentioned to me yesterday that a 5k upgrade is most likely due before the end of the year, at worst in the new year and that...
As above I am afraid, chances are that the cranks position relative to the camshafts has been altered by a strand of Aux belt. This would most likely have clipped a valve or three causing a loss of compression and so, no start.
The cams and crank maybe turning but without compression it won't...
In truth, the position of the heater controls makes no difference on a Renault as there is no thermostatic valve as found on some Fords and Vauxhalls for example.
Open the bleed point, slowly fill the reservoir until air free coolant can be seen pouring from the hole and then replace the bolt...
You can make your own diverter plates from some aluminium sheet. Failing that, I think CMComposites makes them to.
Take the horn out, you don't need that on track
By the way @G 172 those DS1.11's worked an absolute treat at Donington on Sunday. Absolutely zero fade, no fluid boiling and both discs & pads are still in remarkable shape (minor contamination but zero scoring). One guy remarked on how his bike didn't stop as well as my little Clio did from...
Sounds like you're going beyond the limits of the pads also. I really do not rate the DS2500 for track use at all and to me, the standard Brembo pad is actually just as good except it costs a third of the price.
You have brake ducts (nice) but no diverter plates (not great) but what wheels are...
Thoroughly scientific but I don't get drawn in to this battle. If you are happy then that's all that matters.
I would definitely be asking for an explanation of that bill though.
Most common cause for this is the CAT to Manifold seal kit blowing due to wear or bolts no longer asserting adequate pressure or a worn fire ring. Look carefully at the joint for signs of black soot like stuff at the joint.
No, the circuits are not "Front" and "Rear", you should have for example NSF & OSR on one circuit and OSF & NSR on the other (sending the rears via a bias valve).
Your speedo will never work again I'm afraid unless you replace the gearbox and use a speedo sender.
I loved Android but recently moved back to iOS after Samsung screwed me. I do miss a few things (like a back button) and I find the lack of "share" ability between apps infuriating... I mean, come on Apple, WhatsApp is pretty well established now so why can't I share from say the native photo...
It's not adjustable fella but we can take a look at it and see what the body control is seeing as the sensors are known for water ingress.
I'm sure I owe you a favour though
Because when ever i've been to Scotland in Winter (I go to Aberdeen and Airdrie to see friends for Christmas and New Years) the roads are grim. Standard road tyres don't tend to work too well in temps below 4 degrees which is why a Winter compound is advised in Scotland over winter periods.
The PS3 is just brilliant on these cars in pretty much all conditions and I have yet to find a tyre for these cars that performs as well. In Scotland you may want a dedicated winter tyre though.
