Okay, STOP!
You're obviously doing this without fully understanding what it is you're trying to do, so before you kill yourself I'll add this...
Lock ECU > Remove ALL stupid resistors, they are not needed > alter configuration > Cycle ignition > Unlock ECU
SRS & SERV MIL's should now be out...
U/S voltage is normal but you didn't give us a large window to see it working in and without graphing the data, you will struggle to see if there's an actual fault there.
I'd say your misfire will be something else.
It's most likely that the lack of a CAN Config for the Gen90 is the issue but, I assume you've updated the VBox in Scene Manager to correctly display the RPM data and the (more importantly) told it to pull it from CAN/ODBII?
Ditto, I wish I'd gone the HD route to but I imagine that the file sizes would be crazy where as I can do do an entire day with 6Gb with this setup, so swings and roundabouts.
Regarding the Gen90 issue, I'm afraid I don't know too much about them. I'd imagine it'll be down to the data...
Start simple, check the ignition switch is functioning correctly and isn't worn... It happens!
After that, it sounds UCH related but that's only a guess at this stage.
A "normal" cold start idle will be somewhere around 1100-1250 rpm which will settle to 850-900ish after a minute. If you have 2krpm, it is still too high and will get higher when warmer.
You'll need to check the entire inlet track I'm afraid. If you have access to a smoke machine it will speed...
Exactly the same setup I use Sonny and in addition, it's so simple to use to. It's not cheap but for what it gives you, it's an invaluable tool in a race car.
Okay, so the first problem you have identified is that someone has used something other than a gasket to seal the manifold to cylinder head joint... This needs rectifying either way.
Are there any other bodges like this?
They're currently out of stock until the end of April, there's obviously been a big uptake on these this year... No doubt because it's brilliant!
It retails at £595.00+VAT+postage. I can do it for £535.00+VAT with free postage.

Just throwing this out there... we sell Race Logic products... hint, hint, discounts ;)
I use my personal RL VBox when ever I go to track days purely for the video and data overlays but it's nice seeing your delta/time slip is pretty nice. I also found that the harder I tried, the slower I...
The Contitech kits, not to be confused with the cheap "Continental" kits, are more than up to the job and normally include the OE BRS idlers and Littens tensioner. There's only so many people that actually make belts to so I wouldn't worry about the quality here either.
I only use genuine...
If it were me, i'd go round to his house and knock his teeth in and then shag his wife... but i'm a CSer
In reality though there's nothing you can do that won't result in you paying out money. Personally, did deep and have it repaired at your cost (or do the insurance thing and pay out more...
Speedo increase in speed or does it stay at 0?
If yes, 100% diff circlip
If no, check drive shaft joints (inners and outers). Then, if they are all good and no joints/splines have stripped, it's going to be a box off to check the clutch sprung plate is intact and then to bust the gearbox open.
Virginise the ECU... why? Jesus, understand the problem then act!
That's not a dig at you BTW - Why isn't the decoder responding? Has it been tested, wiring confirmed as continuous point to point, reference voltage present and correct?
Mick
But this is a simple job, all you need are the correct tools... mwhahahaha!
Sorry, but that's what the FB groups would have you believe and when "we" argue the point, we're scare mongering money grabbers. The trick to timing these engines bob-on is all experience. What you're finding is a...
The master cylinder is a mechanical device so no fuses. It's either a faulty master cylinder (flipped/failed seals) or a fault within the ABS/ESP module.
They're either selling them off cheap with plans to abandon the product or they're going to replace it. I've had one just so the wife can use screen mirroring with her iPad.
I still cannot see a valid reason for me to buy this watch though which, considering I can up sell myself on the need...
It did once... I present to you, Apple TV @$299 which didn't sell terribly well. It then went to $99 and did "better" until it recently went to $69 (because predictions are we shall see its successor later this year).
