Which part of my original post didn't you agree with? I can see both sides 'for' and 'against' the new device range but right now, for me at least, £350 is too much for a device which essentially piggybacks off the iPhone already in my pocket and merely acts as a lazy wrist mounted extension to...
At the minute but we'll all have one someday... comply citizen of Europe. It's not for me either but even I can see points for and against them. It needs to be cheaper for me to splash out for one now though.
I assume you've checked that the brake discs & pads are in perfect condition and that each calliper is working correctly. Has it been on a brake tester yet to measure the actual braking forces?
Dead travel seems to suggest that you maybe have air in the system, the pads may be low or that the...
I don't "do" welding I'm afraid chap... Because being honest, I can't!
I can paint it, install it and get it welded in for you but I'd have to price it up and it wouldn't be a drive in and wait job
Hard to say for sure i'm afraid as I don't know what's wrong with it but i'd say no more than 2hrs labour, so £80+VAT
If you wanted to book in though, drop me a line via our website and i'll get you in fella - www.diamondmotors.co.uk

Agreed, they're not CDS tubing but we ran similar spec cages in junior grass track when I was much much younger and having put a Mini nose to boot with one I can confirm they will do the job.
You need to be sure that spreader plates are used though. The standard crash structure is pretty decent...
Any cheap jack will do you but the Costco unit gets such good reviews because of its lift capacity, aluminum construction to make it lightweight and most importantly, its low access capability.
The cheaper jacks tend to be quite high and struggle to get under some cars on Eibachs.
If they've been done on Clip Ash then you either have the overall configuration wrong OR there has been a knock which has triggered one of the many lines to fire.

The "Sensor" and the "Target" aren't the same thing Dan. You've switched targets but this may not be the fault. You really need to scope the channel for that wheel and look at the waveform it generates as a DMM will be no good unless it can graph the numerical output or you are some kind of...
Ideally you need to graph the wheel speed sensor signals to spot errors as numerical values change so fast you struggle to see fluctuations (unless they're cometely fekked).
If one wheel has an obvious fault then start by counting the teeth on the target to make sure they're the same, paying...
A flashing MIL is what we call a Level 2 fault which means it has potential to damage the CAT. Normally due to an injector(s) but can also be caused by poor ignition due to faulty lead(s).
Your best bet is to take the car to somewhere armed with CLIP. From here they can run a proper misfire...
Remember that BC springs are factory pre-loaded so you don't adjust ride height by altering the compression on the spring with the upper collars, this changes the spring rate on each corner. Set the lower collars so they're just taking the springs and then use the bottom collar near the hub to...
Bingo! Brake pedal switch is not faulty but it is incorrectly setup. There's such ha finesse to doing it and it's frustrating but thankfully we now have a completely different system on the newer vehicles so it's not an issue anymore. To be honest, it was only ever an issue on the last of the...
