Fantastic work Mark, this is getting really close now :D
Re. the plates I didn't get an email confirmation or invoice either which was poor and really pee'd me off as I wanted it for the file, I had to just print out the order screen at the end of the order if that makes sense? No invoice...
That's exactly the same size one I have on the front and will look spot on mate, the 94mm just fills it nicely - did you go custom plain, or just plain plates? By that I mean my custom plain ones don't have the letters and numbers on the corner as mentioned in my thread about the MOT lol!
I've had 2 EP3 Type R's, good car for the money, quick, reliable BUT...…. very basic spec, even the premier, when compared to a 182, you have to have it in the vtec to really make it feel fast, under 5800 it's still alright, but just a 2.0 if you get me...… handling is good but I found when I...
Nothing new to report, I think the Clio has done a whole 2 miles since it came back from the MOT - which was just to get my buddy to rotate the wheels for me at his tyre place. Anyway, thanks to @Darren61 I've some proper wheel storage sorted for my Turini's, especially needed now that they have...
In the nicest way possible, I think this looks better than the blue one tbh! Just looks sooo smart...………. so after a terrible time, hopefully this is the light at the end of the tunnel of getting it all sorted!!
Looks great Andy, really does - doesn't surprise me about the 200 being that bit slower! I've never driven one but despite looking awesome they do look a bit more bulky if you get me?
Liking the hubs too, nice and subtle - exactly the same as my Lexus IS200 daily - calipers were so manky, I...
Car looks fantastic matey, best of luck with the track day, a long time coming for you indeed! :D
How much were those Richbrook bags by the way? Would be a much better way to store my Turini's, assuming they'd take 16" wheels?
That new one looks really really smart, hopefully this is now some good news for you after all the debacle beyond your control with the blue one
Recaro's are just what it needed to finish it off!
You got some!! They are the perfect wheel for that, it so needed the 16" versions and in silver. Great work!
Can't bring myself to take the 16" F1's off my car for the winter, I like them too much and it won't see salt anyway, so fook it! lol!
Yeah I've read the old thread before, was certainly a bold move doing that to it but each to their own and it's still on the road at the end of the day - will be interested to see how this one goes. All this doesn't help the growing desire for a phase 1 LOL!
That new 500 quider looks rough but for that money, certainly can't complain as that's proper cheap. The well painted fuel rail guard is a highlight isn't it!
What's the plan? Make it mint or use for parts etc?
