Fleabay special mate got it for £60 which good considering it’s up for £94.50 and some others are £100 plus.

Couple more jobs ticked off the list this morning.
De-res pipe fitted…
Which has now led to major misalignment at the back end. The right side sits nice but the left just will not move over at all, honestly thinking about applying some heat to bend it over!
A quick lick of paint to the calipers...
Let’s start this update with shiny new tools… Norbar 20-100nm Torque Wrench 🤤
Which after arriving today, promptly and correctly torqued my studs in situ.
Still waiting on brake pads from George for the rear but I have dug out my red paint ready to give the calipers a freshen up of paint...
More progress on the rear end today.
@pure-motorsport spacers fitted, new disc on but the pads given to me were the same shape but the compound itself was different between the pair. Super tight to fit and just didn’t look 100% right.
Straight in the bin they went and a quick order on...
I know @Porl a few people have sent me screen shots and tagged me in on fb about it.
I did offer the lad to buy it before I got my Inferno but in reality I’m glad I didn’t. It’s not the same car it was to me anymore. I’d rather remember it how it was.
And so begins the pain of fitting the acquired new parts starting with the PMS axel spacers…
Wire brushed and soaked the torx and nuts on the rear side.
However removing the caliper was a bit of a chew due to the lip on the disc which wasn’t massive by any means but enough to cause some grief...
So as noob as this sounds and the 4 RS clios I’ve owned this is the 1st to have coilovers…
I need to raise the rear and potentially the front up to allow the new PMS stub axle spacers to be fitted so I don’t scrub the tire.
I understand that I need to turn the ring counter clockwise to raise it...
So as my 3 weeks away at work draws to a close, I've been doing more online shopping and have purchased a @pure-motorsport stub axle kit along with various other little bits and pieces. On my leave I plan to fit the stub axle spacers along with 16mm hubcentric spacers upfront along with the PMS...
@frayz When you did these do you happen to remember if there was a nut there already or if you fitted rivnuts to attach the liner? From the pictures it looks like there is a nut already in situ to be used.
I haven’t as yet, just waiting on the engine to be done by Alex and enjoy it for a while before the next mods. I’d only had the car a week before the engine got hurt 😭
Where is the best place to have a spray can mixed up? I’ve seen some on fleabay but I’d rather use something tried and tested by others as I’m wanting to do my cover.
Thanks buts it’s got a loooong way to go as yet to get it where I want it to be at! And I only paid deposit 10 days ago so doubt the build has got far, he’s probably only just ordered parts 😂
Arrived at 12:10 fitted by 12:12…
Thanks @Mbeau
These wrapped ones will do until I can get some real ones but now I need the steering wheel one too! 🤦🏻♂️
Like you say if it hadn’t been recessed I would have left it as was as plain is better.
I’ve messaged him direct and told him the same thing as I’ve posted here.
Wanna play a game…
Spot the difference…
Very impressed with these reproduction stickers from @cliosandcoffee.
On the flip side of that and this is just my opinion which I’m entitled to. My Cfab parts I’m quite disappointed in for the cost of the items. No backing adhesive for the carbon tabs...
Thanks I did abit more digging after I’d posted as it was bugging me 🤦🏻♂️
