    Get some jump leads from the earth of battery and clamp onto the engine block, or gearbox... see what happens. Earth strap from gearbox to chassis passenger side common for rotting....

    Its not a tdc issue. That is the engine not turning fasy enough to fire. Earth issues Battery issue Starter dying or really struggling.

    chop the end of at the back of the tail, heat the pipe up with a heat gun and push fitting in. then clamp. its plastic on the stock one

    id rather fit the 6 speed box from the VAG range over and Renault box, cost wise it doesnt cost all that much more as the VW 6 speed box are only £250 and MASSIVly available :)

    have all the definition files, i don't personalty map but Andrew Car Does. Weve spent hours and hours messing with a Gen 90 that wouldnt control the boost all down to the firmware version at the end.
