Ive seen it when the Disc is too thin and simply shatters. also i have seen it on a bent stub, on a track day a lad replaced his with a one from a scrap yard as he crossed the threads on the hub nut, and it snapped two discs. he replaced this and it was ok.

Complete waste of time even wanting to do this. The cost of mapping a stock ecu is expensive and I am sure others will agrew yiu cant with out a lot of time get it perfect. Bu the time you do you could have a aftermarket ecu

Use a caramac nibbled to the shape of a horse shoe for the cams.
And loosen it alll off... windy gun every thing up ft. And your sorted.
