Yeah I was a bit gutted I've got no photos from the day tbh, all part of the day having decent shots of you heroing around on track, plus I wanted to see what that CAF headlight looked like lol
They toe in as standard to help combat the torque steer, tried toe out and the torque steer was...
Think I'm going to try DemonTweeks for the alignment next time as a fair few people have had good things to say about them in regards to alignment. Pretty sure my alignment is out now cos I got a lot of wear on the outside edge of my nearside front tyre.
Rears are as low as they'll go and the front only has 10mm or so left. So the car will be higher, I might polybush my rear beam while I'm at it as the car will need realigning again if I do the springs.
Did another trackday at Oulton on Tuesday just gone. Day went well with no mechanical issue bar wheel bolts coming loose towards the end of the day. Car definitely needs to be stiffer though, even with the BCs on fully stiff the car still felt too soft, need semi slick tyres for next time too...
Entertaining day today, missed the M3 though, MPS sounded pretty tasty on boost.
No idea how you've managed to make my Focus look clean @Adam93 as it was filthy lol
As Smiffyboy says, it's only like doing 3 hard runs in your car on the road, your mates would have blown on the road if didn't blow on the RR, aslong as your car is fine mechanically it'll be fine.
I'll probably head over to this, won't be running though as I've not done anything to the car...

Previous Dyno days have been a great success as hopefully anyone who's been to one can attest.
Everyone is welcome if you're running your car or not. Free tea / coffee / buscuits as usual...
I'm a year outside that criteria unfortunately :( and yeah M postcodes cause a lot issues with insurers, isn't just you, all the specialist are similar as I presume you all use similar companies?
Wasn't a complaint on your behalf btw Neil.
Well worth getting ASTs IMO. Had them on the Ph-1 and the car was brilliant on track. If they stocked off the shelf coilovers for the Focus I'd have got them for the FRS too.
Decided to keep the car for the time being, I actually did have a buyer at one point but after a blast over Wales it swayed my decision. lol
So with that in mind I gave it it's annual service, while I was at it I decided to tackle the leaky oil sump too, rather than reuse the old rusty sump I...
You're best off just putting another engine in it mate, sod messing about with the current one due to the expense side of things. Pick them up 2nd hand for relatively little money.
Wasn't the fuel cut off switch was it? big red one that needs pressing to allow the fuel to get to the engine again?
We did wonder where you lads were while we were parked on the Triangle, then later on Scott mentioned someone had an off.
