NCB and accidents dont match up on insurance certs.

Probably best to give them a call to double check. If your accident is pending recovery and you didnt have protected NCB it should reduce your NCB until the claim is settled. The third party may of admitted liability so Fluxdirect may of honoured your NCB as they have an admission of liability...

Your NCB will be disallowed for anything that is being claimed off your own policy. Insurance

Thats definately recommended if you are keeping the car as you will also get a renewal discount every year that you keep the policy. It will likely work out cheaper in the long run than doing a new policy every 6 months. Plus the car is covered if someone stole it from the garage where its kept...

    Insurance

We could do a low mileage policy like you need 3000 per year. That would lead to some very competitive premiums. You could cancel after 6 months and providing there is no claim you would receive a refund back. Some insurance companies issue a pro-ratta refund (day by day) for the cancellation...

    Can anyone explain this?!

We at Greenlight would give a bigger discount if the car is garaged, then driveway is the next best, then Car park, then finally on the road. I cant understand why a company would give a give a cheaper price to a car that is parked on the road compared to securely in a garage. Best Regards...
