The front brakes on my 172 Cup have seen better days, so time for an upgrade. From what I'm reading on here, the general consensus is that it is best to go for standard vented discs and the money saved on those should be invested in a quality set of pads. Am I right in thinking this? Are these...

I've actually just got back from my unit, done an oil + filter change. It was last fully serviced in April. 60mph usually see's 45mpg

If it was faulty would it chuck a light up? Also does the lambda connect up to the inlet by any chance?

I think its slightly feminine when compared to other colours, but stunning all the same and as said above more so on the 182's but i am bias as my girlfriend drives one :p

Ahh I was the guy taking crappy photos with my iphone! Such a nice car. Did you buy the car the way it is now or have you tinkered with it yourself? It's not usually my thing going to meets like that but i was just curious and followed the crowds.

Yeah I've just seen this car coming through Norton Canes, looks nice. Seen the LY 200 a couple of times now, its gorgeous and coincidentally right in view from all the traffic! I'm surprised there hasn't been an accident on that island with people just starring at it while driving!

I was steering closer to the idea of a Yozza to be honest as I saw one close up for the first time a couple weeks ago, looked and sounded superb. On the other hand this car was always intended to have a stealth exhaust and lots of people keep it that way. Gandi69 - I've not been around that...

Due to my old 172 Cup exhaust system having the breaking point of a kit kit I'm on the hunt for a new exhaust, but there are just so many out there :S I've managed to narrow it down to either a K-Tec stealth exhaust or similar to keep the "stock" look or an under slung YozzaSport system...
