Thanks for the comments people :D I don't regret it at all, it looks so much better now i think. Gonna go buy some Eibach sportlines yellow paint next!
Not had the car long and wanted to get rid of some previous curb marks.
A colour change was the plan from the very start and I'm so glad i went for it. Think the brake calipers need painting now though, yellow maybe?
Also had brand new Yokohama S-Drives fitted all round at the same time...
My original exhaust snapped due to a failed hanger and my friend had this cabbage shooter lying around for me to use until i eventually get a Yozza fitted.
The previous owner put that Cup sticker on the back i believe which needs to come off i think.
Me and my girlfriend saw it when we were out in her LY 182 yesterday evening. Naturally we parked up next to it!
Lovely car, oh and thanks for the CS leaflet :D
The guy selling it is a friend of mine and has been issued false information on the BHP on a mobile rolling road at a show, however he has since has it dyno'd and it came out at 249bhp at 7 psi. He is now fitting a fuel pressure regulator to hopefully see a safe 300bhp for the new owner.

This car belongs to a friend of mine and it would be nice if it were sold to someone on here who would look after it.
I sometimes feel that I'm following in her shadow as the GF's is such a rare/nice colour! Like you said, you loved hers and mine was nice lol.
Mine's quicker though :rasp:
That was me in the Cup and the Missus in her LY 182 mate  I heard you pip and turned round just in time to see it was a Clio Sport, looked very nice by the way.
That one looks mint, as the right price too.
I had this problem when i was looking for mine mate, took me months to find one but they are out there.
Keep looking and good luck!
I had a quick power run over the weekend just to get a BHP figure before I carry out any engine modifications. The car is completely stock at the moment.
Engine power - 171.4bhp @ 6208rpm
Torque - 145lbs/ft @ 6200rpm

I know yeah they sit well high as standard but the handling is still sharp and crisp.
Yes, the metro is a 1.8 VVC mate. Last year i had it on the rolling road and it made 147bhp and 128lb/ft torque at the wheels and with it weighing so little its great fun to drive ;)
