    Crank Tollerance

Yeah 3 thou is 0.076? Thrust clearance on that list is wrong by the way, the upper limit should be 0.023mm not 0.23mm according to my Renault pdf.

    Crank Tollerance

0.040-0.075mm according to the specs i have. @NorthloopCup has the spec sheet i think. EDIT:

F4R engine overfilled with oil. White smoke.

Would have been funny watching their faces seeing 8L of oil coming out of it 😂

F4R engine overfilled with oil. White smoke.

Not too bad in the end then. When was the oil last changed, as it looks quite dark? I would have just dropped the lot and put fresh 5L in for the sake of £30.

Alex Bones 172 Track Race Car

Hope he sells it for that, obviously it'll be a baller/collector for that money. More of an £8-9k car for me that.

    Cigarette/12V socket not giving power

Missed that bit 😂 Yeah, should be working then

    Cigarette/12V socket not giving power

Actually you're right, it's the same fuse as the stereo. Fuse F7 Pull the whole tray out and see if it's plugged in underneath.

    Cigarette/12V socket not giving power

I thought the 12v cig port had it's own fuse?

F4R engine overfilled with oil. White smoke.

Never trust the digital readout, although mine is usually pretty accurate tbh. Probably got 7 or more litres in it I'm guessing 😅 Drain it out to the correct level and see how you get on. The exhaust is going to smoke for quite a while, you'll need to get it hot.

How much did you put in?

Mid torque is the best all rounder to go for.

Trip conversion from miles to kilometers

There must be a way because on the dash test mode you can see MPH and KPH in the digital display. On newer Renaults, you use the up and down arrows on the right stalk, but the Clio doesn't have that

Tbf you don't do track days. Different ballgame with the level of heat they see 😅

Is for seals, but tends to break down in sliders.

    Tank filling from fuel can

On track days I only take a 20L fuel can and usually fill up when it says 15-20L, so I usually just put it all in. Maybe test by putting a set amount in and see how long it takes to react.

    Best slider kits

All much of a muchness really. Go with whichever. Just make sure you use silicone grease on them and not copper grease or anything else.

    Tank filling from fuel can

Put the dash in test mode by holding the button on the wiper stalk in and turning the key to ignition, then press the button again to scroll around to the digital fuel readout. That's what I do on track days and it's close enough.

Best all-rounder on DA is yellow Rupes foam (or the new yellow wool if harder paint) and Sonax Perfect Finish.

It would be something to try. I've never heard of anyone trying it, so you could be the first 😅

    Refining vvt activation rpm standalone.

If you were to PWM the solenoid, you'd need a cam senor for the ecu to be able to work out where the cam is, wouldn't you? The true VVT on the 197/200's had cam sensors i think.
