No worries, so thats my tank, plus 500g for swirl pot, then about 1kg for 2 pumps. Lines wil be similar to standard.
Then about 1kg for box. Other words not a lot of saving. But for me I got most of it very cheap and wanted to stop surge with the swirl pot anyway, so wasnt really about weight...
Now you've got me worried, i was tempted to out a bit of sealent round it also ...
Gutted for you, its gonna be fooking tight!

Heres mine - still got to make a removeable cover for it.
Going to run a filler to a plastic side window with 2nd skin.
Been suggested about rear impacts obvious the tank has no where to go. So possibly might make a rear crash bar behind the bumper.

Were getting there, was having problems with my throttle body wiring.
No combination of what i thought possible combinations of wires worked. Went back to basics - throwing 12vs into it, nothing.
Took the plug out and put 12volts through movement... strange
Turns out the pins were proper...
I dont know, im not with the car and you cannot work that out from the photos.
Its the same as a 172 cup set up (diagnol split) so I would presume MC right front is for nearside front brake yes.

I havent fitted one on a 197 but have quite a good understanding on fitting one to most cars.
Interfeering with the wires going to the push button would do nothing as thats connected to a relay.
What you'd have to do is get your multimeter out and find the live that goes through that relay...
Managed to power up the laptop to try load some videos! hopefully they work.
The engine was cutting out (although I didn't run it for long) so somehow I managed to mess up the wiring for the 2nd fuel pump, even though its just another live spliced off the high pressure pump lol - so sorted...
Lol - search megane powered 172 cup, and thats currently what ive just built, so yeah sold and another project nesrly finished.
Cheers bud

Yep you need a bias valve in there! A proper one.
And no Ive dropped my brake lines down to one line to the rear the t piece it back up to 2

If the pressure reducers are working too well then you wont recieve any braking effort from the rear at all!
Sounds like you havent reduced it enough!

Yeah mine was the sump in the end, crank seal was completely dry [emoji42]
Jeeesus, I know a few specialist who just use the old one against the new one with a block of wood to spread the load and hammer it in that way, I went with that way haha
Renault also have a special tool of putting...
Yeah as this guy said above, gen90 for the moment.
I did have a look yeah thanks for that, it looks very nice indeed, but to get the compatability I want for that ecu will probably cost a lot more than what Im paying.
Ive heard a lot of good things about the new ones, and a mate works for...
I certainly wont be paying that price, far from it. But yeah not "cheap"
Defintely an investment though, which im happy to pay for.
Although this is going to temp me to get a cartek power distribution module [emoji17] as that is just true tech p**n!
