No point sulking about it Russ, Your fighting for position and when that position is first place the pressures are great and mistakes can be made, I'm sure you were the first person to hold your hands up and apologise, That's what a real man does! My new racecar project (Icemans old shell)

Like wise Russ, hence the A team van, which is almost ready for its MOT, you may see it at Oulton Park, The purpose is more of an attraction to me rather than looks when it comes to a tow vehicle

Chase Racing Clio Build Blog (TinTops Entry)

Maths????? Hell No! your alternator will supply sufficiant voltage and amps at Idle so any faster than that is a waste!

    Toastfrenzy's Tin Top, some say...........

You can block once, but you can move back over to the racing line after a block, technically its 2 blocks but is deemed a warranted exuse, lol

Chase Racing Clio Build Blog (TinTops Entry)

That's a shame guys, I've had one fail too, it's purely down to the high constant RPM and lack of cooling, I've now fitted a larger diameter pulley to slow it down a bit, When I inspected the old one I could see how hot the comm had been, from then it just overheats and fries the regulator,

If your running solid top mounts you shouldn't have any problems , saying that's, it's not going to do any harm running one

My new racecar project (Icemans old shell)

Good looking bus Russ, Buts its no A Team van, lol, I dont run a front strut brace as its pretty pointless considering how close the strut tops are to the bulkhead,

Ph1 172 Track Car. Next Year I Go Racing - Hopefully!

Looking good James, There a big comprimise with power and reliability, At the end of the day this is a hobby for most of us which is expensive at the best of times, We all want more power but personally I think pain outweighs the gain, I'll be keeping my engine standard as the cost would...
