Will be interesting this as just watched you last stage at Cearwent and the noise from the box was exactly te same as when a bolt came loose on my crown wheel (gripper diffand 5.2 FD) and the noise was the bolt catching something in the box and got louder the more it unscrewed rather than go...

Any news on the box ? should be buying my final drive next week.

Do you run 295mm discs ? as my caliper wont fit without the spacers. Ifi ran a 280 mm disc then i could possibley run with out the spacer.

Speedline Turini Cup racer ET43 and maybe the bell is thinker slightly but there no where near enough thread where i would be confortable with using.

How much does a std caliper weigh ?

Standard clio disc 280mm 7.1kg each - Ali bell and 295mm Ap discs 5.5kg = 3.2kg saving Standard caliper 5kg +? - AP caliper 1.9kg = 6+kg saving Nearly 10kgs by changing the better brakes too.

Interesting i have 15mm spacers on the front of mine and the PMS studs are no where near long enough. Will be sending them back and getting some 100mm long studs. The quality looks go though so bit of a shame. Plus the cup racer run mutli thread types so will get some studs that have M12x1.25mm...

Get ali bells and seperate discs for even better disapation.

I need some longer wheel stud but have mixed threads (Current ones are cup racer ones):- 15mm thread into the hub is M12x1.5 and the blank of 10mm and then 55mm of M12x1.25 = 80mm Im looking for some the same threads but 100mm O/A Any help ?

I have to put any wheel weights on the outside of the wheel on the rallycar as they would catch will have to get some pics up but about 3mm clearance.

Was thinking about the race car i have too as wanting a bigger brake set up than the AP ones on the rallycar....few stones on track from the kitty litter :-) Will prob go 16/17" wheels though.

Make your own patch loom and go with any ECU (best one local reputable mapper recommends). Im going DTA with LCD Xdash and patch loom for the same price as just the GEN 90 and patch loom...

Wouldnt want to be that close, one little stone and a big groove in the wheel...........

Gen 90 What does the pro software unlock ? and what is still locked ?

You will notice it under braking as there a big jump there also as if the diff nice and tight you will have to really try to lock it up..!!!

Yes Euro car run 5mm deeper offset to accomodate the 5mm extra track of the rear hubs and keep the same rear track. All my Cup racer wheels at ET43 and Euro cars i have seen for sale the wheels are ET48

Plate diff vs Quaife with given bigger gains vs std vs Quaife.......just go straight plate diff with FD change if you can on a comp car.

On the GEN90 with the Tuner Pro software for 150 quid does that open all features so any one can map?

UK cup racers used ET 43 and Euro one used ET48. Palmer sport used Euro bits so most likely ET48. ET38 where not used and cup racers.

Me to on the gearbox but will see how it goes with mine.... The St75 box does have a higher torque rating and is a better design. Did notice on Ians on the Epynt incar there were a few missed gears / crunching but the sound wasnt great. Fingers crossed. Will be interesting to see whats wrong...
