    Rocker Cover Painting

Yes it'll be fine, I used super degreaser and White sprite to clean my engine & gearbox. Just make sure you get in all the little nucks and crannies and it'll be fine. Then once it's built up again then run the engine. Ice and hot and it'll bake on (that's if your using VHT Paint) Before After

    Icemans Britcar Endurance project 182

As bomber says the car will eventually be doing endurance racing so a few wheels will be needed so spending £3000 on 3 sets of wheels is not the best option when you can get 3 sets of Ultraleggers for £1800. Getting them in ET 37 wil mean you only need front hubcentric spacers and you only need...

    JMS 182 Racecar.

I'm running the biggest filter they do, the C604D but you can probably get away with a smaller one if you have the DTH bodies. You just need to make sure you have as least 19mm from the end of you trumpets to the inner face of the filter. I also bought the biggest filter as I'm putting 120mm...

    JMS 182 Racecar.

The backing plate looks like the one i have from Reverie. Very nice bit of carbon fibre :) I'm not really a fan of ITG, as the filter i ran on my ITB's felt quite restrictive which is why i'm back with Pipercross. The Engine mount/cambelt cover looks a little odd in black. Would have looked...

    Kenny's Kup

I guy on here called something like 450bhp or 800bhp had his shell acid dipped and i'm sure i read he lost 30kg. Theres a thread on here somewhere, unfortunatly he had to sell up before finishing the build :(

Fao of Fenn! The cleanest NSX in the country... no really it is!

£16 per hour? Thats not that much tbh, if he charged that for the NSX then he would have got £288 for the detail.

    Kenny's Kup

Hmmmm well under seal and othe sealers weigh roughly 30kg iirc. As its a bare shell have you though about acid dipping and seam welding the shell. That way you will have a very strong and light shell. and once the cage is in you can paint the whole thing.

    Kenny's Kup

Now this is quality! So is this going to be a completly bare shell? No underseal ect?

    Icemans Britcar Endurance project 182

I think Ultraleggeras only come in ET37 which is why you would run 10mm spacer at the back and 25 on the front. If you can get them in ET27 then thats a bonus and we will then just run a 10-15mm spacer at the front.
