both the 406H and the 565H need to be trimmed to fit (just the backing plates, takes seconds with a grinder) - anyone who says any different is wrong, oh and bin the shims in the pad carrier
the 565H has a slightly larger surface area and are thicker to start with
stock airbox is fine, we've done 193bhp on RS Tuning's dyno with one
the bend on the intake hose is more of a problem, stock one is rubbish!!
you try breathing through just a straw and you'll get what i mean!
Generally with these clios, power = noise to some extent, you can't have one...
standard timing is fine
air filter - doesn't matter what you fit, they all do the same thing
exhaust will be a problem yes, nothing major, but the stock item is a bit on the restrictive side, doubt you break a true 190 with it
yeah it "should" be done after, but they're a t**t to get in, so i cheat!! Makes like easier
another tip is to use a torch to make sure the silicone has sealed up the cap fully!
I just use high temp black silicone, never rated the renault stuff
no need to gas the aircon, just unbolt the pump and move it out the way!
oh and re the original post, the latest con - we know of a few cars that have come in for just a service, then the owner has put the car for sale saying its had "xyz done" ie photoshop the invoice!!! Always ring the...

phs1 V6 seats are different to the 172 though, i'm surprised you^ didn't know that!! they have phs2 style latches to tilt them forwards instead of the ph1 172 with the latch on the bottom/side
the large crank seal behind the flywheel? easy enough, t**t in situ though!
box off
clutch off
flywheel off (pin the crank)
sump off
main cap off
ok to reuse bolts
now the fun part, clean all the silcone goop out the grooves up the sides, then brake cleaner the f**k out of all mating faces...
There's no such thing as "spot on" rollers, at the end of the day if its quick its quick, dyno's are for willy wanging!! If it can do a 1/4mile anywhere in the range of 13.9-14.4 then its quick!
